Drug Prophets strives to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.
RETURNS
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.
Return Window: You have 10 (Ten) days, from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 10 (Ten) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@drugprophets.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items
- Items on sale or clearance
REFUNDS
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 (Seven to Ten) business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@thedesiredgroup.com.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than [number of days, e.g., 30 days] after delivery.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at info@drugprophets.com.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, you will be contacted via email with a shipping address. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
